Additionally, all passengers traveling to Dubai, including passengers from Cairo, have to present one of the following requirements:
- Valid COVID-19 vaccination certificates that show the holder is already fully vaccinated with a vaccine that is accepted in the Emirates.
- A valid negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. This certificate must be issued by an approved health service provider, issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection, and with a QR code.
- A valid medical certificate that proves the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 within a month (from the date of recovery to the date of arrival). This certificate must be issued by the relevant authorities.
Note that all certificates must be printed in either English or Arabic. If your certificates are printed in other languages, you can use them provided that they are validated at the originating station. Also, all printed certificates must have a valid QR code.
